Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Ibrahim Mohamed, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts, and Prof. Maha Mohamed El-Sayed Amer, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, the Department of Spinning and Weaving at the Faculty of Applied Arts, Tanta University, concluded the training program organized for students of the Technical Textile School.

The closing session featured a lecture entitled “The Future of the Knitting Industry,” delivered by Prof. Mohamed El-Sheikh, Lecturer in the Department of Spinning, Weaving and Knitting. The lecture addressed the latest trends and developments in the knitting industry, as well as the importance of keeping pace with modern technology and the evolving needs of the labor market.

The training program reflects the faculty commitment to supporting technical education students, developing their practical skills, and bridging the gap between academic study and labor market requirements, thereby contributing to the preparation of qualified technical professionals in the fields of spinning, weaving, and knitting.
