Dean’s Welcome Speech Dear students of Faculty of Applied Arts, Welcome to your faculty, your second home. I’d like to congratulate you on the start of the new academic year and commend your choice of Faculty of Applied Arts which includes variant departments; Spinning, Weaving and Tricot; Textile Printing, Dyeing and Finishing; and Ready-Made Garments (RMG) and Fashion. The faculty seeks to pay attention to cadres of its students via an outstanding integrated educational system to prepare a generation of distinguished designers and engineers to cope with the labor market. In addition, the faculty aims to develop their skills to create, innovate, and keep in line with the latest updates in the fields mentioned above to serve our dear homeland, Egypt.
