Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Ibrahim Mohamed, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts, and Prof. Maha Mohamed El-Sayed Amer, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and under the supervision of Prof. Ahmed El-Sheikh, Acting Head of the Department of Ready-Made Garments and Fashion Design, the Department organized a training workshop entitled “Ready-Made Garments and Sustainability” for students from the Textile School and Tanta Technical Industrial Girls’ School.
Prof. Mohamed Ibrahim, Acting Dean of the Faculty; Prof. Maha Amer; and Prof. Ahmed El-Sheikh welcomed the participating students and supervisors, emphasizing the importance of such workshops in developing students’ practical skills and strengthening cooperation between the faculty and technical schools.
The workshop was delivered by Mr. Sherine Badry, Lecturer in the Department of Ready-Made Garments and Fashion Design, with the participation of a number of students from the department: Youssef Mohamed Ahmed El-Tayeb, Ashraqat Basyouni, Nada Mohamed Morsi, Doha Reda, Salsabil Mostafa, Tasneem Salama, Lina Mohsen, Menna Allah El-Naggar, Esraa Ali Ahmed, Eman Wael, and Eman Alaa.
