The Faculty sets five goals including 14 strategic objectives as follows:

The first goal: Developed infrastructure and financial capabilities to ensure quality of education:

1. Developing the facilities of the faculty, enhancing the infrastructure, and providing the required capabilities for proper educational opportunities

2. Providing new technologies, digital infrastructure, developed equipment, and internet services

The second goal: Continuous development for the educational process and the academic courses to cope with the international scientific development in different specializations

1. Developing the admission testing systems and providing the expertise to that are able to select the student who has the required skills

2. Applying a strategic plan for teaching and learning, and enhancing the abilities of academic staff

3. Developing educational methods to improve the level of the graduate to compete in the labor market

4. Supporting student exchange, applied studies, and practical training

The third goal: Highly efficient human resources of academic staff and administrative apparatus

1. Establishing the organizational structure and mechanisms that ensure top efficiency of the administrative structure

2. Developing the skills of academic staff and administrative staff to enhance competitiveness locally and worldwide

The fourth goal: An integrated system for scientific research and outstanding research system supported by developed technology to encourage scientific research and link postgraduate studies to the requirements of the Egyptian industry 1. Developing research and consultation services and establishing developed research database able to cope with the rapid development in variant disciplines of design

2. Supporting and enhancing the cooperation agreements in scientific research with the different industrial institutions and encouraging joint research activities regionally, locally and worldwide

3. Providing a database for international journals at the faculty library in a digital form

to support scientific research

The fifth goal: Effective participation in community service and environmental development and supporting the environmental services to maximize the economic return for the faculty services

1. Determining the requirements of the community and making them the starting point for successful services provided to the surrounding community

2. Creating multiple channels of communication with investment entities in the industry to support the strategy of development

3. Providing enough internal resources to support the faculty plans of development and implement its strategy
